On the day of your session, find your school in the calendar to access the Zoom links
Educator Session Information & Links
To access the Zoom videoconferencing links for your session, please click on your school session from the calendar below and open it (Note: you will only be able to see your session on the day of the session).
You will see all the Zoom links for your session under “Zoom Session Links” in the school booking, which will have been personalised to each mentor for your session. The MyRoad team will also provide you with any passwords needed to open the Zoom links for your day’s session. Alternatively, you can find your Zoom links in the outlook invitation you would have received from the MyRoad team for your session. Just go to your Outlook calendar on the day of your session and open up the hyperlink and you’ll see all the Zoom links there.

If you are not an eBeacon member, get started:
Step 1: Click the REGISTER NOW button.
Step 2: Complete the registration form and submit it by clicking the ‘Register’ button at the end of the form.
Step 3: To activate your account, click the link in the “Welcome to eBeacon” email. This is sent immediately after you register, if it’s not in your inbox, check your junk folder.
Step 4: Complete one or more of eBeacon’s training modules to build your skills, knowledge and confidence.
By registering with eBeacon you commit to holding a current Working with Children Check (or equivalent), for the state in which you reside. After you register Beacon will work with you to complete this requirement.
