Session Information & Links
To access the videoconferencing links for your session, please click on your school session from the calendar below and open it (Note: you will only be able to see your session on the day of the session). You will see your personalised link under “Session Links” in the school booking and it will have your name on it. The greenroom link will be just above the link with your name on it (to access the greenroom just click on the word “greenroom” in the booking). The MyRoad team will also provide you with any passwords needed to open the links for your day’s session. Alternatively, you can find the link to your booking in the outlook invitation you would have received after RSVP’ing for your session. If you did not receive an outlook invite, simply go back to the Bookings Calendar page and open up the session day from the calendar and go to “Click here to add to outlook”.
