Imagine Your Future: Motivation

Action
Log in to your computer and click on the Meeting link at the designated start time for your session.
This module will be run by the teacher with students. You will not be interacting with students during this module. Initially log into the Green room meeting link for the first 20 to 30 minutes and the Online team will let you know when you can join your school Meeting link / videoconference.

TROUBLESHOOTING VIDEO PROBLEMS
Students can’t hear video
Stop screensharing and try again, making sure you only click once on “share screen” then tick both options at the bottom of the window that comes up (‘share computer sound’ and ‘optimize for full screen video clip’) before you click ‘Share Screen’.
Video won’t play at your end
If you cannot play the videos shown, try the ‘alternative source video’ – there is a link under each video below.
Students report that vision is freezing or sound lags
This is likely due to bandwidth issues at the school. A solution is to have the students play the videos at their end via a student version of the page you are now on.
If that is the case, simply paste the url for the student page – https://ebeacon.net.au/myroadschoolvideopage/ – into the Zoom chat bar. Ask the students to click on the link and share their screen with you (you may have to talk them through screensharing initially), as you guide them through each module. The student page also includes brief instructions to students showing how to screenshare.
