VOLUNTEERS: IF YOU HAVE A CHECK

Holders of a Blue Card must advise Blue Card Services when they are undertaking child-related activities with a new or additional organisation, by linking their card to the new organisation – i.e. Beacon Foundation.

NOTE:  Only current cards can be linked to Beacon. If your Blue Card has expired, or will expire in the next 16 weeks, please follow the instructions in the ‘I don’t have a check’ section, to renew your card and link it to Beacon. Please provide your card number on the form, if you can.

If you have a current Blue Card, please follow this process to link your card to Beacon Foundation:

  1. If you are already registered for eBeacon please sign in and include your Blue Card details in the Working with Children section of your eBeacon profile. Provide a copy of the front and back of the Blue Card to wwcc@beaconfoundation.org.au for Beacon Foundation to lodge a linking form to Blue Card Services on your behalf (see has check below).
  2. If you are not registered for eBeacon please register and then provide your Blue Card details in your eBeacon profile (in the Working with Children section).
